SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Jr. Analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Process Analyst will work with business owners, managers and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.
Analyst will be working on emails and chats to provide the support
Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office
Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
Pro-active and zeal to outperform
Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal)
Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
Willingness to work in any business shift Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours
Qualifications
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Only graduate freshers are preferred except B.tech
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Should be able to comprehend well)
Open for feedback and learning opportunities
Flexibility – Any shift @ business requirement
Service Agreement for 18 months
5 days working with rotational shifts and offs
Both side transportation
