UNDP Project Associate Recruitment 2022 Qualification Details
1. Post Name: Project Associate (Research & Documentation) (NPSA6)
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in environmental science/engineering/ sustainable development/ Social sciences/ public policy
3. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience post bachelor’s degree Work experience on environmental issues related to natural resource management is essential Good understanding of environment and rural development issues at national/sub national level. S/he needs to be conversant with the available knowledge on issues related to climate change adaptation for natural resource management at the state level.
a. Excellent documentation skills Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Additional relevant experience in project/programme management is desirable
Experience of working with Central and/or State Governments/ NGOs/ Civil Society on similar assignments will be preferred Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations and national and State Governments Ability to build strategic partnerships with a wide array of stakeholders working in the field of rural development
b. Good client orientation skills to meet client needs Ability to promote accountability and Resource Based Management Treat people with respect and is co-operative, supportive and helpful with a positive contribution to the working environment Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues (and reports where appropriate)
4. Language Requirement: Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is essential
