Job Summary:
Role : FPNA and RTR
Experience: 2 years to 8 years
Job Location: Chennai
Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-Tech Graduate in any stream (B.com are more preferrable) Experience in Finance & Accounting is mandatory
Skill & Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA) :
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts as well as new projects
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
Skill & Responsibilities Accounts Receivable ( RTR ):
Day-to-day transactional services viz
Period End activities like Journal Entry
Fixed Asset accounting
Internal Order creation
Reconciliations
Support for Reporting
Ensure targets are met on a day-to-day basis
Maintain quality, accuracy and TAT
Maintain query logs
Support system testing and UAT
