Azure Active Directory
1. Microsoft Certification (MCSE), Azure or equivalent certification in Windows.
2. Installation and Configuration of Window Server Operating Systems like windows 2012R2, Windows 2016, Windows 2019, and other Microsoft Suite of Products.
3. Exceptional knowledge on Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy Configuration and NTFS File System.
4. Problem diagnosis and resolution of Active Directory and Azure AD infrastructure.
5. Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager.
6. Must have good knowledge on DNS and DHCP enterprise level environment.
7. In-depth understanding of AD Site component topology, Forest/Inter-Forest Operations and Topology, AAD Connect; AD and Azure Environment Security, and group policy.
8. Subject Matter Expert in providing Windows Server Operating System Solutions.
9. Strong understanding and working experience on Virtualization technologies, Hyper V and VMware.

Active Directory
Provide support for Microsoft Active Directory issues, planning, and design.
Creating new forest, configuration of Domain controllers, Additional Domain controllers and Child Domains.
Configuring all server roles including Active Directory Domain services, DNS server, DHCP server, in-depth knowledge of Group Policy, IIS, File services.
Installing, configuring managing Windows Infrastructure.
Good troubleshooting knowledge in all Windows infrastructure.
Experience in Windows server installation and configuration, upgrade, designing, logical/physical architecture.
Support proactive/reactive monitoring of Wintel & VMWare environment.
Prepare daily/monthly/weekly status report of Infrastructure and various KPIs.

Middle Ware
1.Experience in application development involving IBM DataPower

Network

Should have knowledge of port channels, Stacks, VLANs, STP, RSTP
Configuration of HSRP/VRRP for load balancing and Primary/backup scenario
Work on Cisco ACI fabric for creating BD/EPG/port channel etc.
Storage
1. The Storage Administrator is a person with the technical knowledge and experience to manage the customer environment.
2. The principal responsibility of the Storage Administrator position is to plan and manage the installation,configuration,administration and documentation of storage hardware according to best practices.
3. Ensuring high-levels of data quality and availability for all enterprise and customers in a 24×7 support Storage environment like Dell and Oracle Storage arrays.
4. New Host Integration with Storage arrays.
5. Installation and configuration of Multi-path software on hosts for load balancing and fail over.
6. Expertise in managing Fiber Channel SAN infrastructure including fabric architecture,switch directors and zoning.”
Backup
1. Configuring and supporting daily task with backup configuration, and replication technology with Commvault.
2. Performed Upgrade for Commvault backup environment, Commvault servers & proxy servers etc. software installation & platform Upgrades.
3. Experience in recovering the data from other threats using backup technology.
4. Understanding of Backup data lifecycle management policy and have implemented it
5. Configuring data replication across sites for data redundancy and have performed Disaster recovery

MSSQL
1 Candidate should be able to support MSSQL database single handed

5 Proficient in backup and recovery methods on LUW environmemt
NetApp
1. Proficient in managing and configuring NetApp storage arrays with various OS flavors environment, expertise on CIFS, NFS and managing LUN, Quotas, permissions
2. Hands on experience in allocating and deallocating storage arrays from NetApp 7 Mode and Cluster mode NAS/SAN using iSCSI,NFS,CIFS,FC
3. Good to have a working knowledge in Brocade SAN switches and handling storage tasks zoning, upgrades, decommissioning, ISL trunking, fabric merge
4. Good communication skills
5. Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of data protection technologies snapshots, snap mirror, snap vault
6. Conversant with Incident management tools ITIL Knowledge
Windows VM ware
Experience in administering Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers. Windows 2019 server would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of Microsoft Servers and Server applications
Windows PowerShell knowledge would be an added advantage.
MCSA/MCITP/VCP 5.0 or 6.0 or similar certification.
Daily checks on Windows 2003/2008R2/2012/2016 servers to monitor the status and the state of the servers
Install, configure, and administer servers and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Proficient with TCP/IP network protocols.
Debugging/troubleshooting of OS issues.
Server/File/Printer Migration experience.
Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.
Oracle DBA
Installing and maintaining the Oracle database software.
Creating storage database structures with high-level security features.
Altering storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the company.
Setting up database user accounts.
Training users on how to access the information in the database.
Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
Creating autonomous database backups.
Regularly updating the database security protocols.
Application Packaging
Application Packaging, Wise Package Studio, Admin Studio, Windows Installer, MSI.
4+ years of experience in application repackaging and deployment. Should have good application analysis skills and must be familiar with Windows Installer Packaging Standards
Rich experience in Wise Package Studio 7.0 / Install Shield 8.0 /Admin Studio is must
Should be good in troubleshooting applications & compatibility testing with Windows Desktop OS.
Service Desk
1. Expertise on windows 10/11 administrations
2. Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
3. Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
4. Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
5. Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
6. Troubleshooting of Office issues
