Middleware (Websphere)
Middleware admin, Experience in application development involving IBM DataPower
Hands-on experience on XSLT, Front Side Handling, Security configurations
Experience on Web Service Proxy [WSP] / Multi-Protocol Gateway [MPGW]
Understanding DataPower logs and configuring logging for troubleshooting needs
when needed.
Working knowledge of Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
Able to understand and work with AAA policy, and OAUTH implementation.
Should have worked with Certificates and Encryption.
Network Administrator
Configure, administer, and document Network infrastructure
Should be capable of handling complex network issues and provide L2/L2 level support
Knowledge of Configuring & troubleshooting of routing protocol BGP, OSPF & Eigrp
Knowledge of QOS (policing, shaping, classification, marking, Queuing etc.)
Should be able to create network diagrams in Visio
Knowledge of Versa SDWAN technology
Should have knowledge of MPLS VPN, VPLS, DMVPN technologies
SNMP services configuration for Monitoring the Devices & traffic
Engineering experience designing and deploying large scale LAN/WAN networks

4. Implementation and management of Virtual Microsoft cluster
5. Good troubleshooting skills for fixing the Windows OS issues.
6. Hands on experience on Dell, HP Rack/Blade physical Servers.

Linux/AIX Server
1. Strong knowledge on Design and implementation of Linux (Red hat, ORACLE and Cent) Infrastructure
2. Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments
3. Good knowledge about the Linux system files, boot process and Run levels
4. Knowledge in Data center operations
5. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware
6. Strong knowledge in install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
7. Strong knowledge on Patch Management process
8. Must have knowledge on the monitoring tools like OEM
9. Knowledge on AWS cloud services
10. Good understanding on Incident, Problem and change management processes

Storage Admin
NetApp Storage Admin ,Responsible for SAN and NAS storage administration, storage allocation, brocade SAN zoning and file shares management.
Hands on knowledge on different Hitachi storage arrays, NetApp storage arrays and brocade switches.
Storage administration and replication configuration.
Good knowledge of file shares like CIFS and NFS along with snapshots, retentions and snapmirror configuration.
Should handle hardware break fix tasks in collaboration with vendors.
Hands on knowledge on periodic code and patch upgrades on NetApp, Hitachi and Brocade san switches.
Hands on experience on all Hitachi, NetApp and Brocade management softwares and tools for monitoring and administration
Backup admin-Commvault
1. Configuring and supporting daily task with backup configuration, and replication technology with Commvault.
2. Performed Upgrade for Commvault backup environment, Commvault servers & proxy servers etc. software installation & platform Upgrades.
3. Experience in recovering the data from other threats using backup technology.
4. Understanding of Backup data lifecycle management policy and have implemented it
5. Configuring data replication across sites for data redundancy and have performed Disaster recovery
6. Experience of Backup Administration as performing various task from Backup console & monitoring backup environment
7. Hands on experience on Policy creation & deletion, Managing the attributes of Polices like backup windows, Linux & databases.
8. Troubleshooting backup failure and provide resolutions issues occurred in the environment
9. Performing Snapshot for backup environment
10. Create SOP's and process for smooth functioning of backup environment
11. Guide and mentor L1/L2 Backup team.
Active Directory
Provide support for Microsoft Active Directory issues, planning, and design.
Creating new forest, configuration of Domain controllers, Additional Domain controllers and Child Domains.
Configuring all server roles including Active Directory Domain services, DNS server, DHCP server, in-depth knowledge of Group Policy, IIS, File services.
Installing, configuring managing Windows Infrastructure.
Good troubleshooting knowledge in all Windows infrastructure.
Experience in Windows server installation and configuration, upgrade, designing, logical/physical architecture.
Support proactive/reactive monitoring of Wintel & VMWare environment.
Prepare daily/monthly/weekly status report of Infrastructure and various KPIs.
Daily customer interaction and meet the goals as per the scope.
Oracle DBA
1. Proficient in writing in shell scripting to automate and simplify ops work.
2. Basic operation knowledge of Windows/Linux
3. Knowledge of AWS /Azure cloud
4. Good communication skills
5. Good to have knowledge Oracle DB admin
6. Conversant with Incident management tools ITIL Knowledge
7. Good to have knowledge MYSQL/postgreSQL(Secondary)
SQL DBA
1. Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems
2. Expertise in designing and implementing HADR solution of SQL Server databases
3. Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of database health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security
4. Able to manage, analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end independently.
5. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
6. Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours, also flexible to provide 24×7 assistance for critical production systems
7. Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
8. Good knowledge on Azure/AWS is plus
9. Should have good communication skills
