Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory authority of Ministry of Railways and has been duly constituted in terms of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006. The mandate of RLDA is to generate revenue through long-term leasing of “vacant & surplus Railway Land & air space”.

2. Scale of pay of the deputation: Dy. General Manager: Level 12 (7th CPC)

4. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms
5. Eligibility: DGM (Project): Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on regular post in Level 12/ Level II from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities, having Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ Or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 15 years experience
