We are looking for a motivated and customer – focused individual to join our team as a customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities :-
Handle inbound customer calls.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues and resolve in the given TAT.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and service skills.
Requirements :-
Proven 1 Year experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong Problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent: a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
24*7/ 6 days working Voice campaign.
No Transport
Languages required :- English , Hindi, Marathi
Salary upto – 25k CTC
