Requirements :-
Overall 1 year Experience in Call Centre as Team Leader .
Must be a Graduate.
Good communication skills.
BPO Experience.

Enhanced Communication Skills: Clear and diplomatic communication with upset customers and internal stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Handling team issues and customer complaints.
Coaching and Development: Providing feedback and training to team members.
Decision-Making: Making timely and effective decisions.
Expert Conflict Resolution: Handling escalated cases with authority and calmness, and coaching team members on these skills.
Empathy and Emotional Resilience: Maintaining composure under pressure and supporting team members emotionally.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Identifying root causes of escalations and implementing long-term solutions.
