Position : Salesforce developer
Experience : 4 -15 Years

Represent the product in the design and development process, ensuring product integrity throughout the product life cycle.
Participation in pre sales and business development actively seeking new opportunities.
Lead sound agile product management/ownership aspects and tasks such as vision, inception, product strategy, release plan, backlog management, agile requirements, life cycle management and change management.
Serves as client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks.
Participates in coaching and mentoring, follow up, and feedback of team members. Participates in thought leadership exercises and suggests opportunities for improvement.

What do we expect from you:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Salesforce Design and Implementation.
Should have in-depth experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of consuming APIs (SOAP, REST). Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce Lightning UI, e, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
Must have excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills and be able to prioritize and deliver the most important things first.
Experience with SFDX, Git source control, CICD is a plus.
