Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle Delivery & Solutioning vertical for Enterprise wide Shared functions primarily Finance and Legal and secondarily HR, Admin and CSR to fuel Digital transformation with a focus on business process improvement in a proactive manner
Also drive one or more of the following areas:
– Master Data and Access Management Strategy, Governance and ensuring adoption across all IT Systems
– IT Procurement Strategy and Execution
Responsibilities:

IT Project ROI and business case
Overall IT cost reduction
IT led business transformation to a lean model
Customer

Co-own and drive the Digital Transformation agenda
Business Engagement with IT
Co-owning the transformation of IT to a Strategic Partner role within the organization
Process

Agile, Optimized and lean processes across responsible domains with IT enablement
Co-own the IT Strategy and improve IT Service Management Process
Capability

Identify, socialize and execute IT enablement opportunities across Finance and Legal functions and support the same HR, Admin and CSR domains across the company
To exploit the Cloud model and work on introducing disruptive new technologies like RPA, AI, ML
Handle the IT Demand Management Process working closely with Business Core Team members and Partners
Measurable deliverables

Business value creation and ROI from IT initiatives and Projects
Business Engagement levels with IT
Medium term – Implementation and embedment of SAP S4 HANA for FASHION, SAP ECC AFS, Legal Management Tool and RPA. Also support BPR of ‘Record to Report’ process stream.
Reduction of IT cycle times across all spheres including Projects and Maintenance

Person Specifications:

Excellent command over FICO module with a lead role in at least two end to end implementations.
Implementation experience of IFRS, COPA, Finance BPM, Employee Self Service, SAP BPC, Travel Management etc.
Evaluation and implementation new age products and enabling Digital Transformation
Led Projects of process re-engineering and cost optimization
Have lead IT enabled Process Transformational and Improvement Projects in Finance domain.
Have led multi locational IT projects
Working knowledge of Analytics solution implementation
Participated in Enterprise level Digital Transformation Projects
Others:
– Deep understanding and proven expertise in defining, institutionalizing and Governing Master Data Management policies
– Hands on understanding of industry leading MDM platforms and tools and implementing them
– Excellent understanding on Application Access Management and Governance
and/or
– Proven experience in Vendor Management
– Hands on experience of IT procurement covering Hardware, Software and other enterprise level IT solutions
– Excellent negotiation and benchmarking skills
– Excellent understanding on contracting and SLA structuring
– Good understanding in IT Budget creation, optimization and tracking
While not mandatory, the following to be advantageous:

Exposure to Change management
PMP certification
Good understanding of SAP BPC or similar tools
Good understanding of SAP HR and SAP Success factor or any other leading HCM tools
2 to 3 year experience in Finance line function would be an advantage
Implementation of SAP Simple Finance
Experience in SAP AFS or SAP FMS environments
