Role & responsibilities
Verifying the documents and the loan applications
Keeping a records of all the records, data and documents
Follow up with the customers and the team for the pendency
Close loans as directed by the Manager.
Understand our personal loan product offerings in order to assist customers in making educated decisions that help them achieve their financial goals
