We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting their technical and account-related issues.

Responsibilities :

Give assistance to Naukri.com recruiters.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to account creation, resume management, job posting, and search functionalities.
Provide clear and concise instructions and guidance on using Naukri.com effectively.
Research and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building rapport with recruiters.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow up as needed.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Naukri.com features and functionalities to effectively guide recruiters.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base.

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and internet navigation.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry and online job boards (a plus).
Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
