NISG Manager Recruitment 2022 Qualification Details
1. Post Name: Manager – Legal, Meity Legal Cell, Contractual
2. Job Description: Work Allocation:
a. All legal matters on Cyber Laws & related Acts (IT Act/ Aadhaar Act/ Evidence Act/Copy Right Act//Data Protection/ Privacy framework).
b. Responsible for framing of Rules/ Regulations and amendment in IT Act and relating issues.
c. Drafting replies to legal cases/affidavits, monitor and pursue court cases by interacting with officers/SG/ASG/Central Govt. Counsels.
d. Policy Research on related International Laws and Best Practices.
e. Any other matters involving interpretation of laws/rules/regulations etc.
f. Act as Legal Head for other Legal matters of MeitY
g. Work collectively with team of other officers performing similar tasks across other service areas to ensure consistency in approach and quality of work
3. Qualification and Experience:
a. L.L.B (Minimum) from a reputed institution
b. Specialisation in Cyber laws and IPR laws desirable
c. Minimum 8 years (on the date of application) experience as a practising advocate or in handling legal matters in PSU/Companies/Corporate houses/Law Firms/Institutions.
d., Experience in drafting rules/regulation/responses to legal notices/vetting contracts preparation of affidavits etc. related to IT Act, Copy Right, IPR and related Acts.
e. Experience in managing Legal teams
f. Familiarity with court procedure is must
