3. Qualification:
a) A degree in Medicine, Science, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry; and have experience, gained after acquiring such qualification of not less than five years, in testing of Drugs in a Laboratory under the control of Government Analyst appointed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940); OR
b) A post-graduate degree in Science, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry; and have experience, gained after acquiring such qualification, of not less than three years, in testing of Drugs in a Laboratory under the Control of Government Analyst appointed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940(23 of 1940)
