Job description
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
In-Depth Knowledge of IT Roles, technologies and skillsets.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with application tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
