Job Title: Chat Process Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Follow established guidelines to resolve complaints and provide solutions.
Support customers with queries, issues, and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
Build rapport with customers and effectively manage objections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice or Chat Process.
Strong typing speed (at least 30 wpm) and effective comprehension skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Graduate / UG/ PG
Willingness to work in night shifts or late-night shifts.
Flexible to work from the office only.
