Job Description
Conduct welcome calls for new clients on boarded onto our portal, providing a warm introduction and guiding them through the platform’s features.
Initiate renewal conversations with past clients, emphasizing the benefits of continued engagement with our portal and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Identify and reach out to clients who are currently active on competing platforms, aiming to showcase the unique value propositions and advantages of our services through cold calling.
Worked varied hours to meet seasonal and business needs.
Completed daily logs for management review.

Required Education-Any graduate/Post-graduate (Graduation is mandatory)
Experience-1 to 3 years of Experience is required
Required Skills
Fluent English and Hindi Speaking
Active listening skill
Strong convincing skills
Prior experience into presales/Lead Generation/voice process (Inside Sales or Tele Calling or Customer Service) would be an added advantage
Important Note-It’s a 6 months contract base profile
