Job Brief We are hiring for a US mortgage Tax Calling process, which is a semi voice process. Local governments in the United States impose a property tax. This tax may be imposed on real estate or personal property. The job of the associate is to understand the tax values of the property and report that back in the form of a template to the client. The Associate is required to email and/or call after accumulating tax data by understanding/calculating delinquent amount, assess tax requirement and initiate mail aways as & when required.
Roles and Responsibilities •
Assess tax amounts, email &/or call relevant tax authority to fetch relevant information
• Make entries of orders according to criticality and deliver according to the defined TAT
• Need to actively get involved in learning whenever it is required.
• Ensure to attend all team trainings as per the requirement.
• Meet daily targets & all SLAs as communicated
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
• Graduate in anydiscipline
• Fresher / experience of up to 2 years working in an international (US) voice process.
• Knowledge in US mortgage & Title Insurance; knowledge on preparing a Tax Certificate is preferred.
• Good English communication for voice process
• Typing skills with at least 25+ WPM with 95% accuracy
• Good aptitude with consistently good academic scores.
• The employee should possess good email writing skills to handle work functions.
• MS Office and with data analysis skills
• Should be a quick learner and good team player.
• Should be flexible with both day & nightshift
