Qualification Details:
1.Position: Academic Assistant
2. Number of Persons: Two
3.Area: Human Resource Management
4.Job Description: The candidate is expected to assist faculties in preparation of course material, documentation, grading of class participation, grading of quizzes, examinations, assignments, invigilation etc. They are expected to coordinate with program offices for arranging for exams/quizzes, distribution of course materials and perform any other related activities of the Institute. In addition, they shall assist the faculty in their research work. For candidates wishing to pursue career in research/teaching, this assignment provides opportunity to work with the faculty of IIM Lucknow and learn requisite skill.
5.Qualification and Experience: MBA/Post-graduation in, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related subject.
6.Proficiency in understanding and working with computers, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
7.Duration of Appointment: Six Months (Extendable up to 9 Months). Appointment shall be purely on contractual basis.
8.Consolidated Salary: Rs. 19,000/- to Rs 29,000/- per month depending on educational qualification, relevant teaching/research exposure and professional experience. No other allowances or benefits are admissible.
