Shift: 24*7 Shifts
Job Location: IGT Solutions.
InfoTech Centre, Ground Floor, Old Delhi, Gurgaon Road, Dundahera.
Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be from BPO MIS (Reporting) WFM Team
Generating and publishing Reports: – Hourly/Daily / monthly
Creating reports and template as per process requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO MIS.
Must have an experience in Advanced Excel
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities:
Must have knowledge of BPO KPIs and calculations.
Experience in Automation in MS-Excel / Access / VBA (Automation) .
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Graduate in any stream
