Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer complaints via phone.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
4. Properly resolve customer queries.
Job Requirements:
– Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
– Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Graduates and undergraduates with excellent English skills can apply.
– Male/Female candidates welcome.
Shift Timing:
– For Male Candidates: 03 PM to 12 AM / 04 PM to 01 AM (Rotational Shifts)
– For Female Candidates: 06 AM to 03 PM, 07 AM to 04 PM, 08 AM to 05 PM, 09 AM to 06 PM (Day Shifts)
Additional Details:
– 5 Days Working.
– Training period is paid.
– Work from office.
