We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Assist in maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
