Job Description :-
Search candidates profiles from various mediums Naukri, LinkedIn, & Social Media
Create pipeline for upcoming requirements and End to End recruitment process
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and Job applications, and performing phone screenings
Making tracker, End to End follow up, and coordination with the candidates
Ensure all sourcing, screening , hiring, and selection is done in accordance.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Any Graduate or Post Graduate can Apply
Minimum 1 Years of experience into Hiring for BPO Industry is mandatory
Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English
Should be be comfortable with Work from Office
Candidates from BPO Recruitment or BPO consulting experience who have experience of hiring for BPO’s will get preference
