Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate Should have work experience in International Markets (US/UK/EU)
Should have basic knowledge on the HR ticketing tools.
Handling employees personal information.
Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and call back in a timely manner, in accordance with standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate/ Diploma
1- 4 years in International customer support.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of providing customer service
Good typing skills
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
