Roles and Responsibilities

HR Policy Development and Documentation (HR Manual). Employee Engagement. Learning and Development initiative

 

Manpower Planning & Recruitment ,Employee Relation

 

Recruitment – Responsible for Recruitment and Selection of Employees of all Levels.

 

Man power Requisitions – Sourcing through Placements / References / Advertisement Web sourcing – Short listing Coordinating for Interviews panel- Selection Salary approvals Offer of appointments fitment Joining formalities Induction.

 

To develop appropriate policies and procedures for the company and ensure their effective implementation.

 

Interaction with Advocates as and when required.

 

Employees Benefits – -Safety-Welfare plan.

Performance & Reward Management ,plant HR,Industrial relations, Manpower planning

 

Personnel Administration Practices -Effective Personnel Administration Practices – Confirmations, Transfers, Deputations, Re-locations, Revisions, Employee Information System, Personnel Records System, Exit formalities Full and Final settlements including Gratuity.

 

Statutory compliance – under various Laws and all related correspondence with Govt.

. Work towards Leading and promoting the Co. Culture, Values and Practices

Review of Existing policies once in 3/5 years.

 

Visits to plants. and. guidance/advise and interact with all personnel and Senior Executives for any people related issues.

To responsible for development of human resources in the company through proper systems of identifying training needs and coordinating the training programs.

 

Managing TASK SLAs, KRA and KPI in regard to employee duties and targets.

 

To implement Performance appraisal system Increment proposals Promotions

 

Awards/rewards – Employees Awards/rewards System.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should have good communication and written skills.

 

Should have knowledge and hands on experience of basic admin concepts.

 

To responsible for development of human resources in the company through proper systems of identifying training needs and coordinating the training programs.

 

Atleast 5 years of experience in HR/Admin

General – Responsible for all Administration Related jobs.
