Job Description
1. Own the regional P&L for Consumer Auctions business
2. Head the Regional Retail team, operating stores in the market and the Sales operations in the region, responsible to liquidate the cars inventory
3. Strategize operations with the management and put it in action in the field
4. Take end to end responsibility of the input and the output matrix driving the business
5. Manage a big team on both Retail & Sales side in delivering results
Skills Required
1. Practical experience in running operations in a fast paced growth environment
2. Consulting background/mindset and an entrepreneurial thought process
3. Should have led big experienced teams
4. Could be from automobile/fmcg/fmcd industry background
5. Tier-1 MBA with 7+ years of exp
