Job description
This role will work closely with senior leaders across the business to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver outstanding learning experiences for leaders globally.

Responsibilities

Lead end to end solutions design, development and delivery of multiple concurrent projects on Analytics
Provide scalable solutions for large data volumes (Terabytes of data) and complex reporting needs
Manage tasks in a fast paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high quality results.
Provide technical and leadership guidance and direction to personnel to ensure proper, timely completion of work. In addition, provide personnel with timely, constructive, and meaningful feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness.
Skills required:

Excellent information leadership skills (architecture, design, development and support) in ETL, Database, EDW, Reporting & Visualization is a must.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to handle complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts and storytelling.
Prioritize, expand, and manage the portfolio of data, analytics and BI projects to meet business requirements and time and budget constraints.
Attract, develop, and retain talent to improve team productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with teams to frame, structure and prioritize business problems where insights can have the biggest impact.
Attention to detail with self-discipline, strong ownership and accountability and drive for results.
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and have influence across organizational boundaries
Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBi); Power BI is preferred
Extensive architecture experience and knowledge in the areas of Reference Data, Data Quality
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Graduation
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in developing and delivering BI/BA products for transformation in large scale organizations
Proven experience in Business Intelligence and Analytic tools and Data warehousing Technologies like IIS(Infosphere Information Server), IBM Cognos, IBM TM1, Microsoft Power BI & Azure ML
Knowledge and experience with at least 4 to 5 large business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing projects
Preferred working experience in HR or L&D/Training/Skills functional projects.
Experience in strategy execution, business transformation, consulting or digital transformation
