Location: Andheri East, Chandivali
Process: Chat Process
Education: HSC/Any Graduate
Age limit: 20 to 39 years
Experience: Both Fresher and Experience
Training Timing: 6:30 am to 12 o’ clock any 9hour Rotational Shift
Working Day: 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off
Salary: Up to 16k For Fresher + Monthly Performance Incentives.
Salary: Up to 18k For Experience + Monthly Performance Incentives.
Responsibility:
– Answering queries and concerns about a company’s products or services.
– Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.
– Tracking customer service metrics.
– Delivering information about a company’s products and services.
Key Skills:
~ Good communication skill in English.
~ Good at computer skills
~Ready to work in Voice Process
