Roles and Responsibilities –
Manage Head and Direct the recruitment team to achieve the organizational recruitment requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Vendor Management
Internal hiring
Lateral hiring
To maintain and generate daily, monthly, quarterly and annually recruitment reports and data.
Showcase and analyze organizational recruitment.
Maintain and monitor COH and CPH.
Preferred Candidates –
MBA in HR or Equivalent degree is preferred.
Experienced in International BPO/ Contact Center will be preferred.
Experience in Team Management will be preferred.
