Candidates preferably staying nearby Bavdhan, Aundh, Baner, Karve Road, Kothrud, Balewadi or areas which are within 10 km from Bavdhan would be advantage.
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring day to day operations efficient processes and upgrade them for smooth functioning.
Responsible for ensuring proper Housekeeping & tidiness of office premises.
Managing the housekeeping, security and office assistant team and track their activities.
Management of the front desk operations.
Attending incoming and outgoing calls and connecting them with relevant people
Responsible for maintaining employee attendance.
Management of various vendors and records management
Management of stationary, utilities and maintenance of infrastructure.
Coordination with Account Department for Account opening procedure for new joinees.
Arranging employee engagement activities events & decoration for festivals.
Responsible for bookings related to Hotel, Service Apartments, Airplane, Train etc
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOM and other confidential materials, arrange travel and manage expenses.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for female candidate who are staying near by Bavdhan.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
Candidates with prior experience of admin and housekeeping in an IT company is an added advantage
Ability to handle vendors and housekeeping and security teams
