Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall process efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 years of experience in BPO voice processes (customer service/voice support).
Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
Eligibility Criteria.
1. Any graduates – 2021 to 2024 graduates (2024 passing out candidates should have all semester original marksheet, except last semester)
2. No backlogs/ Arrears
3. Candidates pursuing graduation/post-graduation are not eligible.
3. Willing to work in Night shift
