Work Location Location: Greater Noida – Plot No. TZ-2 & 2A, Sector Tech Zone, Yamuna Expy, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201308
Position Type : Full time.
*** US shift timings – 6.30 pm 3.30 am.
Work from Office for 5 days.( Mon to Fri)
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Soft Skills:
Ability to write, speak and comprehend in English.
Ability to understand claim related documents and make deductions on member history.
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
Technical Skills:
2-3 years- experience in US Health Insurance Claims adjudication processes
Preference In-depth knowledge of health insurance policies, procedure, coding systems and familiar with medical terminology
Agreement to work in 24/7 shift environment.
Agreement to work from office, full time
Preferred Technical Skills:
Minimum 2 Years experience in Claims Adjudication Operations
Sound understanding of CPT, HCPC, ICD-10 codes and UB-04 & CMS-1500
Demonstrate experience of reviewing medical records, physician notes, EOBs and COBs
Ability to calculate patient responsibility, accumulators and process appropriate payments or denials.
Position Summary:
Ability to work in teams.
Ability to take on additional responsibilities to support leads/team members.
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Good analytical skills & Numerical ability
Ability to read and interpret documents and suggest process improvements.
Should be flexible to work in continuous night / rotational shifts as per business need.
