Roles and Responsibilities:

Responding to client support requests.

Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals

Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Advising on software or hardware upgrades.

Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware

To set up and test desktop computer peripherals

Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance.

Have you work on Office 365 – Outlook, excel, PowerPoint, one drive
