Role : SSE, SRE
SSE SRE will be responsible for upkeep of our systems/services to be highly reliable, stable and meet the performance expectations. Design and build the required dashboards in collaboration with the development and infrastructure teams for the upkeep of the key services in production. Design and implementation of automation frameworks for building and deploying the key services.
Responsibilities :
Partners with the development and the infrastructure teams to design, develop, deploy, support and monitor the existing and new services in production.
Develop scripts, deployment frameworks, monitors, self-healing/auto remediation tools and automate the processes.
Managing security of cloud infrastructure and application using tools, monitoring and security incident management.
Demonstrates strong collaborative skills by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to incidents when they occur and take any necessary steps to restore service and return the business to normal operations as quickly as possible.
Collaborate with peers and guide them.
Take part in design sessions to build and manage builds and maintains complex automation framework elements in accordance with design.
Successfully multi-tasks across project and non-project assignments, delivering on time with good quality.
Qualification :
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or SRE role in a highly customer focused environment.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cloud services specifically Microsoft Azure.
Azure certification is nice to have.
Strong knowledge of Linux OS, experience with network infrastructure, database, cloud and data center operations.
Monitoring and troubleshooting skills, having familiarity with Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.
Knowledge of deployment/configuration management tools like Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, etc.
Experience in automating the infrastructure setups and configuration management.
Strong knowledge of containerized application technologies including Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
Good understanding of APIs and proficient in any programming/scripting languages such as Python/GO/Shell Scripting.
Good to have knowledge about Elasticsearch, Kafka, Nginx, etc.
B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
