Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Care & Sales Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients over the phone. This role is pivotal in promoting our range of premium meats, addressing inquiries, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently.
Preferred candidate profile
Previous experience in a customer care or sales role; experience in the meat industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge about different types of meats, their cuts, and preparation methods, or the willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing as needed.
Proficient in using computer systems and order management software.
Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and driving sales.
