Esko India is expanding and has multiple open positions in Engineering R&D roles at different Career Levels, skillset, and experience range for Software Developers (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack), QA Engineers, Design Engineers (UX/UI), Data Scientists/Engineers and People Managers. These positions aim to develop competencies for carrying out future work towards our one platform vision.

A typical software engineer in Esko designs, designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software, both for updates on and for new functionality to our products. They develop user interfaces and/or application back-end software in collaboration with our UX/UI designers and considers software architecture and security as well as quality in collaboration with our QA engineers.

QA engineers are responsible for ensuring a product is meeting quality requirements before its launch. They do this by monitoring every stage of the product development process and suggesting corrections that range from basic product necessities to feature improvements and optimizations.

UX/UI Design engineers research and develop designs for our projects. They also propose modifications to existing products or make new designs to increase usability or improve performance and manage the process of turning their designs into reality together with the developers and QA engineers.

Our data scientists masterfully identify relevant questions, collect data from a multitude of different data sources, organize the information, translate results into solutions, and communicate their findings in a way that positively affects business decisions.

Our people managers are responsible for overseeing and leading a development team. They are tasked with managing the day-to-day operations and activities of their team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance as well as coach and develop skills in the team.
