Job description :
Walk-in drive in office on September 04, 2024, and September 05, 2024, between 02:00PM to 04:00PM.
2 to 7 years of mandatory experience in handling Inbound/Outbound calls in an International Voice process.
. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
. Detail-oriented, high accuracy with numbers, good experience in MS office.
. Willingness to work in US shifts.
. Extremely service oriented with a willingness to learn new things.
. Must have experience in international calling & handling escalations.
. Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time.
. Independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality.
