Job Description
2 to 7 years of mandatory experience in handling Inbound/Outbound calls in an International Voice process. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interfacing skills. Detail-oriented, high accuracy with numbers, good experience in MS office. Willingness to work in US shifts. Extremely service oriented with a willingness to learn new things. Must have experience in international calling & handling escalations. Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time. Independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Postgraduate with experience in international voice.
