Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and learning about strategic talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals)
Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews
Work closely with recruiters to understand the hiring needs and help build talent pipelines
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Help with interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication
Participate in employer branding activities to enhance our presence on social media and campus recruitment
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms is a plus
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
