Job description :
Review and evaluate the quality of work produced by team members
Provide constructive feedback to team members for improving performance
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare accurate documentation and reports
Required Candidate profile :
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication (written and verbal)
6 month experience in Customer service
Day shift with fixed week off
Knowledge about Fatal/Non fatal and basic quality parameter
Time and Venue :
7th October – 16th October , 10.00 AM – 4.00 PM
