Roles and Responsibilities ,

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent communication skills in English to effectively address customer concerns.
Work in an international BPO environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work on both inbound voice process and non-voice tasks (email/chat).
Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition etc.
Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24×7).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
