Role: Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract hiring for IT and engineering roles within Services and Global Capability Centres (GCC). You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs.
Role & responsibilities :
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for IT and engineering roles.
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Desired Skills:
6 months to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on C2H hiring & permanent hiring for IT and engineering roles.
Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT and engineering sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mode of Interview: Face 2 Face.
Mode of Work: Work from Office.
Working Location: Racecourse Road, Bangalore.
Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Walk in interview on 19th & 20th September i.e Thursday & Friday).
