We are actively recruiting and interviewing for a results-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer who will be instrumental in driving our QA lifecycle, developing test strategies, leading a team towards delivering high-quality product releases and be a guardian of its Quality at every turn.
In this role you will:
Help improve, administer, delegate and execute end-to-end test coverage processes across layers of our tech stack, ensuring quality is embedded throughout
Contribute to the creation of a reliable and maintainable automated testing suite to ensure simple, effective analysis of failures and avoid any test case duplication
Help highlight and put measure for risk mitigations within the team as early as possible
Engage in the creation of technical specifications documents to identify potential testing scenarios and develop robust testing strategies
Regularly carry out exploratory testing to gain insights and uncover potential risks
Collaborate closely with developers to comprehend the intricacies of the codebase for the identification of test cases for expected outcomes
Execute automated test scripts, validate system functionalities, and ensure that the software meets the specified requirements
Work directly with DevOps to ensure smooth transitions from testing to deployment at various SDLC stages
Proactively shorthand with error-free release management, release documentation, regression test administration, feature integration assurance
Champion baseline continuous feedback loops to be established for the greater speed-to-resolution on bug identification and its facilities
Advocate quality mindset to the broader team from junior-level developers to stakeholders
We are looking for someone who has:
Prior experience as a QA Engineer
Excellent communication skills
Must have experience in React, NodeJS and Serverless
Experience in automated testing using a tool variety from Postman to Swagger or sound equivalent
Degree in Science, Business, Computer Science, Software Development or related field
