Requirement:
Candidate should have minimum 7 months of experience in International inbound voice experience ( Customer Support) with relevant documents.
Candidate should be excellent in communication ( English).
Should be ready to work in Night shifts / Graveyard Shifts.
Should be aware of KPIs /Metrix e.g.: AHT , Call Quality , C- Sat & D-Sat etc.
Should be good in Customer handling Skills ( aware of call etiquettes).
Should be able to speak on free speech for 2-3 minutes.
Minimum Qualification – Intermediate
5 Days Working ( 2 Rotational Week- Off)
Both way Cab Facility
Salary :
7 – 17 Months experienced – 3.8 LPA
18 to 23 Months Experienced – 4.1 LPA
24 and above experienced – 4.6 LPA
