1) Role hiring for: Accounting
Work Location : Perungalathur
Experience : 2- 6 Years
Mode : Work from Office
Qualification : CA qualified can only apply.
Skills required : Consolidation Accounting
Roles & Responsibilities: –
Be a Part of FP&A Team which is responsible for Preparation of standand alone & consolidation financial statements for company and all its subsidiaries ( 15 Countries, 30+ Entities).
Ensure that all financial reports adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS / financial reports and forecasts for the company and its subsidiaries using Financial Tools including ERP-SAP.
Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting and financial analysis.
Collaborate with the finance team to enhance financial systems and automate financial reporting processes.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified CA with at least 2 to 6 years of relevant experience with General Ledger, consolidation and intercompany transfer pricing policy.
Strong hands on General ledger transactions, Hand on in preparation of Standalone/Consolidation Financial Statements experience with a mid to large enterprise accounting system.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Hands on experience in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus, MS Office Suite would be an added advantage.
2) Role hiring for : General Ledger Accounting
Work Location : Perungalathur
Experience : 2- 6 Years
Mode : Work from Office
Qualification : CA Inter qualified can only apply.
Skills required : General ledger/ R2R/Record to report
Roles & Responsibilities: –
Responsible for ensuring standalone Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial statements including Notes to Accounts is prepared on time and is in adherence to local/group accounting policies & applicable accounting standards.
Liaison with Auditors in planning the audit deliverables, ensuring completion of Quarterly/Annual/Synnex Audit before the board meeting, getting the Financial Statements signed on time.
Responsible for providing proactive/value added reports which will aid finance/business stakeholders to take informed decisions.
Responsible for doing Monthly Closure & Internal MIS to the Management & various internal stakeholders on time.
Responsible for reporting to the Parent on various reports including Financial Statements on a periodical basis.
Responsible for Control over Chart of Accounts.
Responsible for Reporting & Accounting.
Eligibility Criteria :
Diploma candidates are not eligible to attend this interview.
Candidates who has arrears and does not have the graduation certificates cannot apply for this interview.
