Job description :
Role & responsibilities:

. Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments and debts.
. Direct interaction with customers, negotiation & ensuring timely payments.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
. Travel to various locations as required to meet with customers and collect payments.

Preferred candidate profile:

. Graduate In any field with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Collections .
. Good knowledge of legal regulations and compliance related to debt collection.
. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
. Must be comfortable working in different environments and dealing with diverse customer backgrounds.
