Job Description: We are seeking a skilled MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in VBA, SQL, and MS Access, with advanced proficiency in Excel. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting decision-making processes through effective data management and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Minimum 2 years of experience working in M.I.S or Work Force Management (preferably in an international BPO/KPO)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Access, MS SQL, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering VBA automation projects, with a good understanding of databases and workflow designs is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in MS SQL is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in Excel dashboard creation and writing Excel macros
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred ,
