Job Description We are looking for Executive BPS for handling inbound volumes from our clients who inclined towards stock markey or are looking for investment related solutions. You will be responsible for providing end to end resolution to the clients over the phone. One of the key deliverables is to ensure that superior customer experience is delivered, and no complaints should get escalated to the Regulators. The representative is supposed to display high sense of ownership and urgency to resolve client issues on topmost priority. Better service helps business achieve greater heights which is the key goal for an organization. This role doesnt involve any cross-selling or upselling and is specifically a service role.

Job Specification: • Engage with clients through both incoming and outgoing phone calls to resolve queries and offer support. • Manage diverse customer issues, spanning from account inquiries and billing discrepancies to technical assistance. • Conduct interactions with customers in a polite and professional manner, prioritizing positive customer experiences. • Follow predefined service level agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks diligently • Responsible for handling client queries via Voice medium primarily. • Provide relevant information about clients query on email if necessary. • Address questions related to products/processes for investment/stock market. • Take ownership in resolving client queries on priority • Deliver superior experience thru interactions which motivates clients to trade with us.

Skillset: • Graduate in any stream • 0 1 year of experience in BPO/Customer Service/any stock broking company • NISM-8 or NISM-7 certified / awaiting certification / ready to get certified • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients • Fluent in English • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Versant Pro 58 certified • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections/objections • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint

Qualification: • College degree preferred. • NISM-8 or NISM-7 certified / awaiting certification / ready to get certified • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice. • Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required. • Excellent communication (V5) and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
