Position Summary:
As a Grievance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Customer complaints, and grievances are addressed and resolved in a timely, fair, and effective manner.
What Will You Drive?
Grievance Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer who raised grievances, ensuring all complaints are documented and acknowledged.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze grievance trends and outcomes to identify systemic issues within the organization. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key areas of concern and recommending improvements.
Resolution of Grievances: You will drive the efficient and fair resolution of customer grievances, ensuring that each case is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Process Improvement: You will lead efforts to refine and improve grievance procedures, making them more effective and responsive to the needs of the workforce.

We seek a candidate with experience in handling Customer grievances. effectively handling and resolving them.
Someone who listens actively and communicates with empathy. You have the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy
You are not just reactive but proactive in identifying potential issues and driving initiatives that improve grievance handling processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.
High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
