Job description
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases, introducing them to our products/services and explaining their benefits.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and product offerings.
Familiarity with CRM software, email, and basic computer applications.
Performance-based incentives and rewards.
Good knowledge of financial/stock broking products/features.
Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be Proficient in Microsoft Office
